RETURN POLICY
Nothing is less magical than getting that perfect piece in the mail and ugh, it doesn't fit. Don't worry- we got you covered. UNWORN, UNWASHED items (excluding sale/clearance items and accessories) may be returned within 14 days for store credit or refund.
Condition & Criteria for returns :
Items must be unwashed, unworn, free of smoke, perfume, hair, deodorant marks, make up stains, or anything else that may make the item unsellable. If items are unsellable, they will be returned to you.
Time frame
You have 14 days to contact us and then send back any item back to our HQ. If it is not received in 14 days or you receiving the item, we will not be able to accept the item for return.
Refunds
Once we receive contact and your return ,we will process your store credit within 3-5 business days. After it is processed, you will receive and email. Store Credits never expire!
Exchanges
We will do our best to offer an exchange - if our inventory allows! We want to make sure that you're totally happy with your purchase! If you think an item may sell out, we suggest purchasing another size before you return your item.
FINAL SALE ITEMS:
We'd love to be able to accept all returns - however- all jewelry, accessories, sale/clearance items are final sale. No refunds or store credit is given. Flash sale promotions are final sale.
Damages / Missing items
If you think you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 HOURS of receiving the package via our contact page with all of the info with photos of damage/wrong items. We are happy to replace any genuine damaged pieces. We will not accept damage from wear and tear.
